Returns & Refunds
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you need to contact us first at mileseeygolf@mileseey.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

About return policy
For most items shipped and sold by store (www.mileseeygolf.com), the standard returns window under the mentioned returns policy is 30 days after delivery (which is the same as all major existing e-commercial business platforms).
Change of mind returns policy
Under the Mileseey Golf returns policies, the following conditions apply to change-of-mind returns:
- All item packaging (boxes, manuals, warranty cards, etc) must be returned with the returned items.
- Packaging must be unopened. Items must be in new and unworn condition.
- Any items that, because of customer negligence, misuse, or tampering are, damaged, missing parts, or in unsellable condition, will not be accepted for return.
- Any items that have been resized, damaged, or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return.
- Shipping cost of change of mind returns will be responsible and paid by the customer as prepaid, the original shipping fees will not be refunded under the returns policies for change of mind returns.
Returning Faulty Items
Faulty items will not be returned in their original packaging but must be packaged appropriately to avoid damage during the return shipping process.
The item(s) due to customer damage are not required to accept any returned item that, as a result of customer negligence, misuse, or tampering is, damaged, missing parts, or in an unsellable condition.
Return operation instructions
For return requests, please kindly send order information, reason description, photo or video proof, etc to the email address: mileseeygolf@mileseey.com, our service center will handle the return request within 2 business days and reply with optional solutions such as return, exchange, resend, partial refund or full refund, etc.
Once the return request and solution are agreed between the customer and Mileseey Golf under the delivered order, the customer can follow the email instructions to proceed with the return according to the confirmed logistics company and delivery address, then send the shipping tracking number to the above email address. The service center will proceed with the necessary inspection after the returned package is received.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refunds will be issued once the item arrives at our warehouse. The refund will be credited back using the same method as when your initial order was made. Processing time typically takes 3-7 working days.
It typically takes some working days for the credit to appear on the buyer's credit card statement. This depends on how long it takes the buyer's bank to process the transaction.
Sale items (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Shipping of returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to our specified delivery address with our confirmation by email: mileseeygolf@mileseey.com.
The customer will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning the item. Please use the trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance as an option.
